Here are the settings that we used in our review, and which we recommend for the Samsung JU7100.
The 'Movie' picture mode gives you a lot of control over the settings and provides good default. The 'Backlight' is a personal preference and depends on your room. Increase this setting if you find the picture too dim with our settings. Our value of 5 only works for a dark room.
'Warm2' color tone was the closest to 6500k color temperature, but you might find that too yellow/pink for your taste. In that case, set it to something cooler. We recommend setting 'Digital Clean View' to 'High', and the same for 'MPEG Noise Filter' in almost all cases, except if you are watching a nearly flawless source (like PC, video game console or Blu-ray). Turn on 'Auto Motion Plus' if you want the soap opera effect.
As explained in our review, 'Smart LED' is not worth using.
Turn off 'Dynamic Contrast'. This is a software-only contrast feature, and it crushes the blacks.
If you will be gaming, we strongly suggest you to turn on 'Game Mode', which can be found under 'System' - 'General'.
We don't suggest that you copy the 2pts, 10pts and colorspace calibrations. These settings vary by unit, and you need special equipment to set them properly on your TV (for example, you would need a colorimeter).
