Leaving my measurements related to a slightly different headset - Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex, which seems to be a popular alternative to the Wireless model: Using USB-C Dongle: 174ms Using MBP M1 Bluetooth: 123ms
Both excluding ~30ms output latency of MBP speakers. Methodology: recorded a metronome in Logic Pro from speakers using the Jabra mic. The latency is the position of the first peak in the recorded audio.
Hope this helps! Couldn’t get Logic to work with the cable unfortunately.
