This is my first purchase where I think the RTNGS review is way off base. These are some of the tinniest sounding buds I have ever owned, and THE tinniest of any modern buds. The treble is exhausting and there is no no mid-range bass for the kick or bass guitar (the deep bass and vocals are ok).
Super comfy and will not fall out (normally a huge problem for me), but I can’t bear the sound. I have the latest Apple Airpods, which sound 10x better but I can’t keep them in my ears.
Also, for potential buyers, the review does not go far enough in emphasizing that there are NO settings to speak of. Maybe the 5.5 app rating is for Android. For iOS, I assure you that you would give its software settings a 1.0.
If it helps, I am accustomed to listening to flat studio monitors, ATX-50 headphones, and a very cheap pair of wired on-ears I bought at the airport 20 years ago, plus two iterations of Airpods (incl the latest) and Jaybird Vista (also will not stay in my ears). These Beats compare very unfavorably to those. I realize the profiles of some of those devices cause them to sound better than ear buds, but some are directly on point.

Very very disappointed in the sound and controls.

Update: We’ve lowered the score of App Support to reflect the limited capacity of the app.
As an actual owner of these earbuds, I urge you to reconsider this review. These earbuds are known to have a major defect where the battery drains rapidly in 45 minutes of use after a full charge. This is especially evident when using them in calls or zoom meetings. You are free to search this online and you will be surprised by the sheer number of users who are facing this problem.
In all honesty, I would never consider a beats product and would either go for a Bose, nothing, Sony, or Jabra. I bought these earbuds because of there comfort and “claimed” battery life, but to my disappointment, I don’t even use them anymore because they’re practically useless.

Hi moa-esmat,
Thank you for providing us with this feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience does not match our review. It is this type of feedback that helps us better align with user experience as well.
It is normal for headphones to drain faster when using them in calls, but not at the rate these are draining for you. We will update the review with your feedback and look into our unit.
Thanks,
Dagobiet
