Hello G9 neo mini led .. it had problems with the image in the beginning, I read somewhereโฆ that in the models that were produced later, other parts were replaced - hardware .. is there any truth to this? :)
6 months ago I have been able to get a full refund of the monitor after it was sent to repair twice, There is a design flaw which made screen flickering and restarts. The issue was big enough to be officially stated on the Samsung Portal for the technicians. It just depends on your luck I guess. Newer models should not have this problem.
I got the G9 Neo last year, and ever since I have found a major design flaw that could break immersion in games as well as normal use, since it uses an โopen cellโ technology, the DisplayPort can cut signal intermittently, causing flickering and screen restarts. This should be added as a con. The problem has been identified by Samsung but they insist this is โnormalโ.
