Can’t wait to see the difference the subwoofer makes
I definitely think this system could be considerable competition to the Dragon & Ambeo’s! Haven’t heard my Core 200 above 60% but even then its still quite loud & remarkably clear! & The Sub 100 really hits deep as in classic Klipsch fashion. I remember when I saw the initial announcement of the Core 300, on paper it absolutely blew my mind! One day I want to compare them & maybe I’ll be able to actually decide on my final soundbar, right now it looks like it’ll likely be between the Core 300 & the Ambeo Plus for me.
What about the new Dragon subwoofers?? Definitely want to see the difference between the subs on paper. I would suggest doing the Dragon + 2 new Dragon Subs, so we can compare 2 original subs vs 2 newer subs!
Obviously I know the price is outrageous, which made me think you guys would never touch this thing, but surprise surprise here we are. So in that case, why not go all out & see what it can really potentially sound like.
I definitely want to see a full THD reading for sure. It’s one of my biggest factors of deciding on a soundbar for me.
Just saw news of a Core 300 coming. Definitely need to review it soon!!! 👀
Might I suggest if we do another review of this bar with the subwoofer, use the Sub 200 when it gets released. And use the Sub 100 to review with the Core 100 bar!
It’s coming soon, & as an owner of the Core 200 bar, this thing just rocks & I cannot wait to see this system on paper!!
Have had my bar for like a week now (still waiting on Sub 100), and just like you, it completely exceed expectations. Especially considering the price!! Coming from having the Klipsch Cinema 400 & 600 myself, the bar alone a long with various other soundbars over a few years including the Q800B, S80QY, many other lower ends ones. But recently I sold my Sonos Arc, Era 100’s & Sub Mini, had it for probably 3 months. Went about 2 weeks with nothing so you could say I started fresh. Out the box I was like “wow this actually sounds good”. Very rarely have I been impressed with something OTB. I can’t wait for the sub & knowing Klipsch it should do very well. Also heads up if you haven’t ordered a sub yet, looks like there’s going to be a Sub 200 & Surr 200 soon!!
