If we’re talking about the input lag of the monitor itself, then no, the input lag of the monitor will be that of 144Hz. If you’re playing a game at a fixed frame rate, setting the monitor to a multiple of that will give you a smoother experience (for example 120Hz for a 60 fps game).

I have a question about this monitor: If I set the monitor to 144Hz in Windows but the game is capped at 60 FPS or below, will I get 25.6 ms of input lag?
