Almost all streaming services can be considered “low quality”. Even if you’re paying for the highest tier on Netflix, the streams are heavily compressed and compression artifacts are very obvious. The exception would be SONY PICTURES CORE, which streams at 3-4x the bandwidth of Netflix and other streaming services. Generally speaking, if compression artifacts bother you, you’re better off going with physical media.

What would be considered a low quality stream? I assume Netflix would be a “high quality” if there aren’t any bandwidth constraints?
