I have owned two pairs of these for 2 years now because I needed them for both work and gaming on console and PC. In general the sound quality, ANC, and comfort are reflective of the review numbers. The connectivity for me has been abysmal though. When using Bluetooth on Macbook pro and on IPhone I will periodically get a gradually increasing crackle that eventually causes the connection to die; I usually just reconnect it before it gets too bad. Second, while in BT mode occasionally it will just shut down as if it were in battery saving mode.
If it werent for these two problems I’d say it was excellent for connectivity and work, but its very disappointing I’d have to say its just not.
I have used them in two different homes and rooms for extended time and on the go to get these results. I have used them on multiple Apple and Windows computers (10/11) and iPhone with the same results. I also completely reset and reinstalled soft/firmware on the first pair and RMA’d them to get a brand new pair. The same pair get the same results.
I wouldn’t recommend these on these grounds. I’m surprised I haven’t seen more issues like thiss.
