I really do appreciate the detailed view of the product. You got me smiling when I saw the evaluation of “Portability”, I think it’s not quite made for getting around outside your flat, house. Maybe that’s the reason there is no noise cancelation.
But where I almost fell off my chair was the part in “Stability” I think, where you talk about the headphones being “not fitting for a jog” 😂. I mean these cost now price reduced 550 quit. Why the hell would you take them for a jog. They’re not made for going for a run, not even everyday background music - in that scenario every other would be better. They’re made to enjoy music, but not the necessity of being attached via cable. To move around the house from one room to the next.
But as I said real good in depth view. Especially the different graphs from the sound profil. Thanks for that.
PS: I really got into them. At first I could see some of the downsides you mentioned like the wobbling while wearing, or the bad fit around the ears. But I discovered, in testing with friends and family, that there is a almost perfect fit for every head. For some the bridge sits further forward on the head, for others further back. I find it kind of handy to get all the necessary info for listening on the road (being on foot or in a tram/bus), but also hearing nearby cars or sirens. Some headphones of course do an amazing job especially with noise cancelling, but their job is so good, that I wouldn’t notice if someone’s honking next to me.
So yes, I can NOT recommend these headphones for people that like to exclude themselves from their surroundings. I also can’t recommend these headphones for physically active people that like to listen to music on headphones while they’re on it.
Whom I can recommend these headphones are people that like to listen to music in relaxing situations for the purpose of listening to good music.
