We don’t know for sure, as we haven’t tested the XG90, and the 49" Q70 is a bit different from the 55" version we tested (60 Hz panel instead of 120 Hz), but overall, we expect them to be pretty similar. Looking at the Q70R we tested and the X900F (which is the closest model to the XG90), the Samsung likely has better gaming performance, but the Sony has a better response time and better reflections handling.
