Hello, it’s hard to recommend because eye strain is something that you wouldn’t know you would experience until you use the monitor. The U2723QE is technically flicker-free, so that shouldn’t be causing the eye strain, but again, we really don’t know what’s causing the eye strain in your case. As alternatives, you can also consider the ASUS ProArt Display PA279CRV and the Dell S2722QC, which are other 4k monitors that have flicker-free backlights. That said, we can’t promise that they won’t cause eye strain.
On another note, did you try increasing the scaling? I personally use a 4k monitor too, but at 100% scaling the text is too small, which could cause eye strain (I’ve increased to 125%). Other than that, this eye strain might even be something you can talk to an optometrist about.
Eventually opted for S2722QC - definitely this better then my old 1080 LG.
Satisfied with this one. The only thing I may be missing is 120Hz to seldom PS5 experience

This one has TUV certificate for Flicker-free and also Low Blue Light (Hardware Solution) https://www.certipedia.com/quality_marks/1111251575?locale=de Maybe this is something to be included into Reviews
Hi, wondering if 60Hz is enough to reduce eye strain? Should this one be considered for a long working hours. Kindly suggest alternatives. Thank you!
