Hey ErxQQ,
Thanks for reaching out!
We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with your Apex Pro (2023). Regarding the 0.1mm - 0.4mm actuation range, SteelSeries expanded that with a firmware update. We haven’t retested the keyboard since that update, so our testing was based on older firmware with the original 0.2mm - 3.8mm range.
As for the spam key issue in your video, that’s known as key chatter. While Hall effect keyboards like the Apex Pro (2023) can experience it, it’s not common. We didn’t encounter this problem during testing, and there haven’t been widespread reports of it.
I’d recommend reaching out to SteelSeries customer support. They’ll likely guide you through recalibrating the switches and performing a factory reset. If that doesn’t fix the issue, they should be able to give you a replacement.
I hope that answers your question. Thanks again for reaching out, and we hope SteelSeries support can help you fix this issue.
thank you for your help I didn’t know it was a software feature
Apex pro (2023) On the site it says that it works between 0.1-4.0mm, here it says that it works between 0.2-3.8, I feel scammed because it doesn’t work as it says on the site when you set 0.1mm-4.0mm, the simplest example is when you set 0.1mm and set the rapid trigger sens 0.1mm, the keyboard starts to spam or while playing a game while holding down w a s d, suddenly the character stops instead of walking, here is a video for you, I wonder if you have the opportunity to test it Youtube Video
What they say while marketing the product is not true I use apex pro (2023), which they claim to work 0.1mm or 4.0mm, it does not work properly, for example, when I set 0.1mm and set the fast trigger sensitivity to 0.1mm, when I hold down and move w a s d in games, it stops and moves in between or spams while typing. Video
Does this problem persist on this keyboard or is there such a thing? I think you said that only 0.1mm does not work properly, that is, it is not exactly 0.1mm, but does the spam event persist? (I apologize for my bad English)
In the past, I bought a VG259QM in 2020, when I turned on gsync with 280hz in that model, there was constant ghosting and flickering on the screen, I returned it and bought a current VG259QM and its Panel AUO 2022 MCM103. I do not have GSYNC Problem in this Panel, but AUO Panels Some people say bad, but when I examined it, I learned that it is still produced in the market and is very high quality. I know that there are those who love the Qisda Panel After all, it is a panel produced by BenQ, but after researching, I learned that it was removed from the market. I wonder which panel the tests were examined according to and do the test results change when the panel changes? Can I find out according to which panel you made this test result?
2020 Model VG259QM Problem I Experienced (In addition, if you want, I shot a lot of videos, I can share them before sending them to the service)

And finally, you shared overdrive settings for the highest hz in your review, but you recommend 80/120 overdrive for the overclocked setting on this monitor, so what should be the overdrive setting for 240hz 60? 80? 120?
I think it might be good to add something like RGB intensity to your tests. In general, I think rgb is problematic in huntsman v2 keyboards because it has a super dim rgb.

I think it would be good to add equalizer settings to your reviews. For example, I’m unsure about how to adjust the equalizer for this headset.

How can blackwidow v3 and blackwidow v4 have lower rgb than pro and get the same score really?
