The playback quality of these headphones are still pretty great. But I really think rtings should re-review them for the microphone. Compared to the recording here, all I get is it completely muffled, barely audible unless I’m shouting.
I’m pretty sure they worked just fine when I got them, but I started to try to use them more for calls, and in no circumstance is it clear like the recording in this review.
If you read reddit, you’ll see others trying to get support on the jabra subreddit for the same thing.
