Sony X90J eARC issue with Samsung Q930B. Soundbar connects over ARC but when eARC mode within TV menu is set to AUTO sound bar has no sound at all (tv still sees and is connected to soundbar within Bravia sync menu), tried every troubleshooting suggestion possible. Am now being told from Sony that it is a compatibility issue with that TV model and soundbar. Not happy since I have proved that there is no issue with the newer model Sony X90K and the Q930B, eARC works fine as it should? Clearly some sort of software issue on Sony’s side? Now unsure how many other “compatibility issues” this model has as Sony won’t tell me. Wondering where I stand in terms of warranty for returns only purchased 10 Months ago?
Also my PS4 has no video through HDMI 3 port, just has audio. All other HDMI ports work fine with my PS4. Also get no video when using passthrough on sound bar into HDMI 3. Kinda proving the HDMI 3 port seems defective?
