I noticed you say something about “turns off after every four hours of use” – is this mandatory? Will it interrupt video calls, etc? Do all OLEDs do this?
Hey, this just means that the pixel refresh cycle runs when you turn the monitor off after every four hours of use. So it won’t turn off on its own, but rather it waits to run until you turn it off. A message will pop up to run it, though, but you can choose for that message to pop up after 16 hours of use. Every OLED handles this differently though, it really depends on how the manufacturer wants to implement their pixel refresh cycles.

Hi, thank you very much for the test. The MSI performs really great. Do you have a tip for settings and HDR 400 or HDR 1000?
You can read about the settings we used for testing in HDR Brightness but we also suggest playing around with the settings until you find something you like!
