Am I right in thinking that the latency test was carried out on a PC?
Because I’m thinking of getting these to use with a PC but from what I can see the companion app to turn on game mode is only available on phones. I’m wondering if it’s possible to turn on game mode in the app then pair them to a PC and have that setting carry over.
Also I’m not clear on whether the battery life test was carried out with or without game mode enabled. I imagine game mode would have some impact on the battery life.
I hope this is the right place to ask this.

Hi CuriousOtter,
Thanks for your question! Yes, latency is tested on our PC rig. The Game Mode for the P25i is carried over to other devices when enabled via the app on a phone as it flashes the earbuds (requiring them to restart). We tested an average of 85.39ms with Game Mode enabled and 237.24ms with Game Mode disabled.
As for battery life, it was tested with Game Mode off, we don’t have any data for expected battery life with Game Mode enabled. It would be expected to see a performance hit to battery life if Game Mode is always enabled.
Thanks for you guys hard working
One think I wanted to ask is that the EQ profile you guys uploaded on AutoEQ , is the soundcore is set as soundcore signature?
I use wavelet to use the AutoEQ proflie , what soundcore EQ I should set in the soundcore app?
Thanks in advance mates
Hi there,
We don’t upload our data onto AutoEQ, but to test these headphones, we used the Soundcore Signature EQ preset.
Hope that helps! :)

Update: The Case and Bluetooth Connection sections have comparisons to the Anker Soundcore P40i True Wireless.
We’ve purchased the product and are waiting for it to arrive in our lab.
I hope this is the right place to ask this.
