Hi! Indeed, looks like we missed that the 86-inch size of this TV has HDMI 2.1, VRR and is 120Hz native. Doesn’t help that LG Canada has the exact same model on its website listed without these features, oops. We’ll update the review with this information. Thanks for informing us!

Update: Updated theDifferences Between Variants text box to add missing information about the 86-inch model of this TV.
Something about this review (and these comments) seems off here. Is the 86 inch model a completely different TV than was reviewed here? Mine looks nothing like the photos and has full PS5 video compatibility. I’m extremely happy with it, especially at $999. I went from a smaller C2 to the large 86 and it looks great. I can’t argue with the data of course, but this is considerably better than a 6 overall.

Yes, as mentioned in the variants section of the review, the 86-inch model is very different from the size we tested.
We’ve purchased the product and are waiting for it to arrive in our lab.
Yes
The product has arrived in our lab, and our testers will start evaluating it soon.
Also wonder if the uq70 is a variant of this tv.
i wonder the same — the UQ70 is a Best Buy exclusive, at least for the US.
We haven’t covered this TV, but looking at their specs it does appear as if the UQ70 is a variant of the UQ75.

Same TV, no magic remote for the UQ70

More like a trash TV, where did they get the nerve to release such waste bin TV in 2023 ?
interested to see how the LG UQ7050ZUD compares vs the Hisense U6/U6K
Am I missing something? At Best Buy and the LG website, it says this has two HDMI 2.1 ports, VRR, and 120hz native.

85-86" budget models nowadays are commonly including these high-end gaming features. take Samsung’s CU8000 or LG’s own UQ8000 and UR8000.

Is this TV compatible with LG’s WOW Orchestra soundbars?
