To make matters worse, their only help documentation is a .msi file. When I tried to get a utility to convert .msi files to pdf, eSet blocked it as unsafe. Why would any reputable company put documents in nonstandard file formats that are troublesome to get? I didn’t bother, because everything they publish that I can find is totally useless.
Add to that that Kensington email support sent me back a short robot generated email with terms that I’ve never heard of. Their FAQ is useless. Their customer service is disgraceful
Don’t but Kensington ProFit Ergo no matter what. They have a severe keyboard problem in which the Calculator pops up randomly and very frequently. It’s a plague. Others have reported this problem. They’ve known about it for more than two years but haven’t fixed it and haven’t told anyone whether there is a work around.
