It’s difficult to say for sure how it’ll perform. Obviously it’ll have better contrast but worse viewing angles, but the response time performance depends heavily on how well it’s drive. Samsung has done amazing things with VA panels, achieving much faster response times than usual with very little black smear, but the same panels on other VA monitors usually aren’t as fast. So it’s really impossible for us to say how well it’ll perform overall.
