I may have a solution for you. Follow these instructions at your own risk.

Enter the service menu.

Select OPTION.

Go to TYPE and write down the code (e.g. 55A1AUONR)

Select TYPE. A screen showing multiple codes will appear. Select the code directly above your code and press enter.

Select TYPE again and select your original code.

Return to first menu and power off your TV.

Enter service menu again.

Select OPTION.

Select Factory Reset.

This might fix your TV.

Before doing any of this make sure all Eco Solution settings are turned off as they may be the source of the problem.
