Vitamix 5200

The Vitamix 5200 is a little better than the Vitamix 7500. The 5200 blends small batches of fibrous ingredients faster and more easily, making it better for single-serve smoothies. It's easier to use for nut butter and is also lighter. On the other hand, the 7500 is quieter and makes more uniformly crushed ice.
