Vitamix Ascent X3
The Vitamix Professional Series 750 and the Vitamix Ascent X3 have different strengths. The Professional has a bigger 64oz capacity and performs better for crushing ice and processing big batches of fibrous ingredients. It also has a longer power cord. On the other hand, the Vitamix X3 is more compact and comes with a 48oz jar. It's significantly quieter, better for processing small batches of ingredients, and easier to use for recipes like nut butter.
