HDR Settings

hi i have the UK version of this tv and have copied these sertings for SDR. Would I use the same settings when watching HDR content? Currently using the standard HDR mode my backlight and contrast are 100, brightness 50, colour 65, colour temp C20. Colour gamut is Wide
