SONY KD-70X690E : IN NEED of all picture Settings

Had this tv almost a year now! Tried different tv temps, lows and highs on different settings and no luck. Help please on all picture settings for this tv would be very much appreciated . I mostly watch sports in a dark recroom . KD-70X690E
