42" / 48" LG C4 vs S90D

Since the 48" S90D with the WOLED panel does not have the same specs as the larger S90D models with the QDOLED panels, is the LG C4 or the S90D with a WOLED panel better for pc monitor / gaming use at the 42" / 48" size?
For the 42" and 48" tv sizes, the LG C4 does not get as bright as the larger models and the Samsung S90D has a WOLED panel unlike the larger models which have QDOLED panels.
