HDR measurements and scoring inconsistent b/w Vizio H1 and LG B2

You optimize the LG for max brightness and not the Vizio. Even when unoptimized the Vizio outpaces the LG scoring better in 8/10 categories, and also appears (by your measurements) to outpace it even further when optimized. Yet you give the Vizio a 6.7 in HDR Brightness vs a 7.1 for the LG.
