Samsung RU8000 DTS audio Passthrough Arc

Rtings team can you confirm if samsung TV with latest frimware does DTS 5.1 passthrough? I called samsung and a Rep said the feature is supported however, i connected My nvidia shield to my TV HMDI1 and vizio SB3651-E6C via ARC and when a play a movie that has DTS audio it shows as CDDA 2.0 48Khz. If i connect my shield to soundbar i do get DTS on remote but sadly this soundbar does not support 4k video passthrough.
