Cool/green color banding in skin tones, fixed by turning Quick Start off?

I don’t know if this is a bug, but I’m having issues with some cooler and greener skin tones showing through, notably between lighter and darker areas. The lighter areas seem oddly blown out as well.

Oddly enough, this does not happen if Quick Start is disabled. Is this a bug, or is the TV using too many resources at the expense of picture quality? Has anyone come across this?

Edit: I see that this is mentioned in the review, but so far my experience seems to suggest that the issue returns once Quick Start is re-enabled. Is there a way to fix it completely?
