Should I have motion set to "Film" when watching over-the-air TV?

I’m a little unclear which is best- if I’m watching TV with an antenna, can the H8F remove judder from that signal? Is there any way to tell the fps of the signal? I believe some HD channels can broadcast in 24p but I’m not sure the TV recognizes it, or alternatively, will it just make it worse for 30fps content? Any suggestions from those of you watching antenna TV?
