Hi RTINGS I don’t know how I didn’t notice this until tonight but I adjusted my TV pretty well using test patterns with a few visual tweaks of my own.

I noticed some significant hotspots(?) in all black scenes. I adjusted settings back and forth, nothing. Decided to mess with brightness, not thinking that was it since it was tweaked least.

To the POINT; Brightness above 50 regardless of other settings has hot spots. 50 is perfect black. Is that something with my TV specifically, inherent to OLED or this model? This is my first and only OLED so I don’t have much background here. 50 is the magic number for SDR, HDR and DV
