One question the VRR mode is onle available at HDMI 4?; because at back the TVs said HDM 3 and 4 are 120hz but Im not able in both works VRR I check with the PS5 PRO and just the HDMI 4 works can someone confirm

Hi! I verified both HDMI 3 & 4 with the PS5 and had no issues enabling VRR on either port, so I’d recommend double checking your settings. Make sure to go to TV Inputs → HDMI Mode → Standard and set Auto Low Latency Mode to (On)and Variable Refresh Rate to (On) Hopefully, this helps!

Hello Rtings team, I recently purchased a 55" version and after some time, when I turn on, a message is showed that display needs to be updated, also mentions that update take 6 minutes or less, but the TV is on, and also sounds like TV is turned on during this “update”, I checked on updates and version is the same, but message appears mostly when I use a lot this TV, so i think that this message is for display pixel refresh

do the same on mine looks its a refresh to help the screen

I am from Mexico and this model is sold at the Costco store for a price of 479 dollars, my question is if for that price it is completely worth it?

Thanks for letting us know about this! We’ll try to find some time to look into this some more to see if we get the same message that you did, and to confirm it’s running a pixel refresh.
