The only two things that affects the input lag on the TV are

game mode being active

having 120hz output support port 3 cannot be lower latency then 4 the signalling is the same across both.

Are there any settings you recommend that I do or disable?

There are no settings for a PS5, if game supports 120hz output use that, if it doesn’t nothing you can do. You still need to use ethernet, WiFi is not good enough.

I feel that the HDMi 3 input is faster than the HDMi 4 input. Am I wrong?

With this TV you need to have 120hz output for the lowest input lag of the display, if your on a PC that isn’t a problem. The next item is competitive PvP requires a wired ethernet link to your router, no WiFi as its far too laggy. For PC games in their settings leave vsync off and use Nvidia reflex if supported by the game to reduce PC system side lag.

Play with the Ps5 on settings that reduce lag
