I bought this gaming mouse and used it for only 3 months suddenly the left click stopped working. The main reason I bought is to pair up my keyboard unit headset and monitor which I have some experience registering it myself at MSI website.

So here I thought I’m safe with this brand because it’s reputable and for sure there’s a warranty. I bought the mouse in a store that’s supported by MSI as you can see their store while registering any product you buy from MSI.

So I think it’s a month or almost a month now since I took back my mouse to the store and claim for warranty,. of course they have to send it back to MSI office(wherever) it is. Only 2 receive a message from the store that there is a physical damage in the mouse which would not be covered by the warranty and no attempt in even fixing it, I willing to play for the replacement part surely you got that you made that, BTW there is a broken piece inside the mouser that I can hear rattling and I’m pretty sure that’s the small plastic thing that hits the actual switch. Now they are saying it can’t be fix? What a shame I’m even willing to pay for the cost.
