HI. But What About ELMB – Extreme Low Motion Blur (by ASUS) function from this model of monitor? It do effect ? I know that it work only on 120 hz, but will it better than 165 hz generally?

You can read about its backlight strobing (ELMB) feature here. Choosing to use it or not really comes down to personal preference.

The motion handling is the same with or without G-SYNC :)

Absolutely the 120hz ELMB looks the best with motion, try the ufo test https://www.testufo.com/framerates#count=2&background=stars&pps=960 and compare the difference, it’s literally the only reason I kept the monitor tbh, needs slight gamma adjustment from nvidia driver to help etc.
