Our Verdict

KitchenAid K400

Blendtec Classic 575

The KitchenAid K400 is a better multi-purpose blender than the Blendtec Classic 575. The KitchenAid has a better build quality and is better for processing small batches of fibrous ingredients like kale and tougher tasks like making nut butter. It's also quieter. On the other hand, the Blendtec is easier to clean by hand and has a bigger capacity.
