I recently picked up Vizio D40F-G9 which released 4th quarter of last year and though you have no reviews for 2018 1080p D-Series I assume the panel may perform similar to 4K D-Series of the same year, UHD and HDR excluded. I usually buy Vizio’s and was quite impressed with this tv that I use as a monitor. Definitely the best picture by far out of all other Vizios I’ve had. It seems to have great contrast ratio and black uniformity, best I’ve had anyway from a Vizio. It has a great viewing angle and while its refresh is only 60hz it seems to have a fairly quick response time. I do know its an 8bit IPS panel. I think its a tv worth reviewing or at least providing some additional info on likes its ability to display YCBr4:4:4 in computer mode and similar information.
