Sony tv and Samsung soundbar
Hi there, I’m interested between q800b and ht g700 (in my country it’s in the same price range) with the sony x90k tv, is it better to pair it with q800b (the results of the rtings are better than g700) or paired with ht g700 for reasons of prioritizing compatibility of the same brand

Accoriding to LGs website, they suggest that it’s a true 10-bit panel, but there’s really no way for us to confirm at the moment if this is true. Realistically though, whether it’s 8-bit + FRC or true 10-bit, it’ll likely be hard to differentiate for most users!

Why is Rtings unable to test for true 10-bit? isn’t there some type of software or hardware to confirm that?
Because without that then there’s dithering going on at monitor level I think, even if you turn it off at the graphics card and windows level.
