Hey, I received a Samsung QN95B that is out of warranty. It has an issue where if left off for periods of time exceeding 6ish hours it won’t turn back on without unplugging and replugging in the One Connect box. I’ve just had it serviced and a new main board installed and the problem persists. I will call Samsung (again) and I assume they will just direct me to have it serviced (again) but the service provider told me if the main board fix didn’t work then there was nothing more they could do. Is this an issue you’ve heard of and do you have any advice for troubleshooting it?
