The new “Software Version” is “Sun Oct 11 02:33:23 CST 2020” and Build “PTT1.181214.002”. I don’t know is the same build is used on the other size models but I am sure they are similar.

1) the Gamma setting no longer has a 1.8 setting. The only values are 2.0, 2.2, 2.4 and BT1886. So the 1.8 setting can no longer be used for increasing the brightness in HDR mode. 2) when in HDR mode there is no longer an Icon for HDR mode in the picture menu. However all the “Picture Mode” settings change to HDR like “HDR Theater”. Your picture of the “Picture” menu suggests that has always been the case. However the second picture shows changes to the color and sharpness that are different than the defaults. Should those be changed in HDR or not?

Could you redo your settings with the new firmware for the best calibration? It would be great if you had a chart for each mode: SDR, HD, HDR, Dolby Vision, gaming, and 4k. Thanks for what you have already done and if you can enhance your guide. I don’t have a source of Dolby Vision, so do you know of a service that has that enabled (perhaps a YouTube video or two).
