New Update 5.510.32.5-2 fixes majority of remaining major issues.

Issues with 120hz VRR, HDR, eARC, and more have been fixed. Supposedly performance is multiple areas have improved but I don’t have the ability to test that. The TV still skips frames at 120hz if VRR is off and game low latency mode is on, but VRR now works at a range of 40hz-120hz so now it is possible to use 120hz with game low latency mode on.
