Green/purple screen after auto firmware update.

After auto firmware update, the screen went to green/purple screen. All my apps are missing. Network settings are working both wired and wireless. Current firware version is on 1294. I tried to update firware using usb but failed after few seconds at 0%. Tried reset but still not change. Hdmi ports working with external device but no audio. Currently watching it using ps4 and my universal remote works fine on ps4. The quality of video is not good. please advise. I am using this tv for 14 months and my samsung warranty is over…
