I had to return my QN90 because of constant popping sounds that at their worst occured every 40 seconds. Nothing extraordinary at first, you can get a faulty model, that’s nothing new. But the way Samsung Support deals with this should be a major red flag for all people looking to buy this model.

They told me that I can’t return my tv using warranty and that this popping sound is absolutely normal due to the way the heatsink of the Qled works. That’s probably not true and even if it was unacceptable. But Samsung seems to use the old “It’s not a bug, it’s a feature” strategy. 0

I had to contact my seller who would take this TV back unlike Samsung. I can only advise against buying this Qled TV because it seems to have major issues that Samsung is unable to figure out and that are being sold as a “feature” instead. There are more people with this problem on the internet if you look for it.
