Really bad colour banding when playing games

When playing PS4 games I can see some really bad colour banding. I wonder why it scored so much in gaming category. Do you have any config recommendation to reduce it? Which configuration do you use for gaming? Digital clean view seems to mitigate it, but it’s not available in game mode. It’s an expensive TV so I kind of refuse playing games like this.
