More and more people are going to find out that these new TVs are 60hz (with interpolation) and the manufacturers are going to be forced to lower their prices, because they're charging the same price as their 120hz panels for the new 60hz TVs. They're making you pay more for a less capable TV and disguising it as "120hz", because of the interpolation feature and in the consumer's mind "interpolation=120hz". At this point, I think they're penny pinching and figure consumers are less informed about refresh rates and think buyers will assume that they're getting a real 120hz TV, because of the smoothing feature. Also, LG never learns their lesson with IPS panels. What do you think? Thanks for the review!

    Hey Orof,

Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately, we no longer have this TV so we wouldnโ€™t be able to double check this. This is still helpful though as other users or potential buyers will see your feedback. So, thanks for that!
