Subwoofer Frequency Cross Over setting

So I’ve hooked up a powered Sub directly to the TV … now I am wondering what level to set the Frequency Cross over on the Sub. Based on your stats in the review, I’m thinking 100 is probably about right ? Or would you suggest 80 ? Many Thanks !
