Same score as CX ?

The CX is supposed to be a superior model to the BX, with higher brightness and several other better specs. This was widely agreed by reviewers. So why has RTINGS given the two sets identical overall scores? It seems RTINGS needs to review its scoring system, because these numbers are misleading for consumers.
