Macbook on Q70RA

Hi Generally happy with this model until I tried streaming videos from my 2018 Macbook pro recently (VLC). Even 1080p content looks jittery, and not smooth. Made sure that input signal is 60hz on the TV, also tried lowering the resolution from mackbook but no go (set to 3840x2160 by default) Followed the PC instructions, enabled input signal plus - same result. Switched to game mode and tried customizing Auto Motion Plus (disabled in PC mode), same. Iā€™d appreciate any feedback, thanks!
