I loved it for the first year then got software update every day and every time I did it til the very end – ERROR - decided to do a factory reset – now in continuous loop - cannot get out of - hard reset etc.. CS says there actually is no new software for me to download and put on flash drive to try and fix it - so basically they broke the tv.
