Old school here -- need help

So many options now– im bewildered –Old school here – need help

Currently have a Mitsubishi 82’’ DLP TV and ready to upgrade –is this model in the 86 inch version going to be a noticeable upgrade ? any help / suggestions is greatly appreciated
