Local Dimming bug - everyone?

I just got this TV 75" version and the LD bug is terrible. I went over to AVSforum and it seems everyone has it. Is this true? Basically it makes the TV almost unusable right out of the box! Is there any chance if I exchanged the TV I’d get one with out the bug? Thank!
